i ve got rank 537 in kar cet2009

sir,my state rank is 2716 ,on my counselling i got into RNSIT,Bangalore{{E&E}}
.Is there any easy chance that i may get into BMSCE,MSRIT,SJCE with {E & E} as the subject in casual vacancy round.As per your cut-off rank analysis i hoped to get into any of these above institutes, but unfortunately i couldn’t.I’am really depressed .Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.reply

i think u have not more knowledge of engg. coll. in karnataka…
you should prefer the coll. first apart from branch..
if u want to stay in bangalore then as per ur rank u will not get anything..
so it will b better if u try out of bangalore.. there r so many good coll. such as SJCE masore, KLE SOCIETY’s BVB coll. of engg & tech, hubli, kls gogte belgaum, sdm dharwad…..

Hi everyone.. are we forgetting that National Institute of Technology Karnataka Surathkal in also in karnataka and should be included in the list???? Whose ever blog this is, just make a note!!!

there r many more colleges in karnataka like ubdt in davangere. this college is one of the oldest college in karnataka n allow lots of poor student to learn good technical education so it should be included in the list. plz check carefully the college list of karnataka before making such list. this may misguide new technical student n might ruin their future….

I want to do Mechanical Engineering. I have got around 80% in my 12th CBSE board Exam. My plan is to go for higher studies (M.Tech & PhD) after B.Tech. So I will have GATE exams always in mind. Being to the intellectual community – I personally feel that St Joseph Engineering College, Mangalore is quite under rated. no other other college in sothern india including NITs can match us in extra cirricular activities. although i got an average rank of 3899 in cet 2008 – I’m satisfied with all major ascepts here except reputation to some extend…………. also just 10 min from my home………..i don’t find any major benifits of leading a hostel life in Bangalore…………
